Create pictorial bar charts for icon-based comparisons in BeCharts.

Pictorial bar charts use repeated symbols or icons to represent values, which can make category comparisons more expressive.

Data format

  • Similar to bar charts: category + value (and optional multi-series)

Customize highlights

  • Series: symbol type, symbol size, symbol repeat, labels, item style
  • Axes / Grid: spacing to prevent symbol clipping

Tips

  • Use simple, recognizable symbols.
  • Avoid over-decorating; readability matters more than novelty.
